MAK Pravilo in Nha Trang
Gentle Decompression and Body Reset
A guided body practice for more freedom in movement: gentle decompression, tension work, breathing, and symmetry under controlled load.
What a session may give you
a feeling of length and space through the back, shoulders, hips, and legs after habitual compression
a calmer body state after desk work, flights, sport, or stress
clearer awareness of posture, body-side balance, and overloaded zones
a nervous-system downshift through breathing, slow load, and attention to sensation
What the procedure is
MAK Pravilo fixes the arms and legs in an adjustable cable system. The body opens gently in several directions, with the load coming mainly from body weight. The practitioner does not force the body through pain: position, tension, and pace are adjusted so the body can gradually release unnecessary holding.
How it works
- Decompression spreads the load through muscle, ligament, and fascial chains, making it easier to notice where the body holds extra tension.
- Breathing and a slow pace help you relax inside the position instead of fighting the stretch. That makes the practice feel different from a normal strength workout.
- Symmetrical work through arms and legs gives the body a clear reference: where one side pulls harder, where a shoulder closes, or where the hips and back compensate.
Who it may fit
How the session works
- First, the practitioner clarifies your condition, limits, and goal: back tension after desk work, sport recovery, general stiffness, or a first introduction.
- The entry is adjusted softly: body position, fixation, cable tension, and movement range. A first session can work without full suspension.
- The main part is slow: you breathe, track sensations, let the body adapt to decompression, and avoid sharp pain.
- At the end, the load is released calmly, the body returns to support, and it becomes clearer which zones were overloaded.
Not instead of sport, but alongside it
MAK Pravilo does not replace training, medical care, or rehabilitation. It is a body practice that may help you feel decompression, bring attention back into the body, and unload after routine strain.
What to prepare
comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement
avoid heavy meals for several hours before the session
avoid alcohol and substances that affect reaction for 24 hours before practice
do not plan heavy exercise or lifting on the same day after the session
When to check with a doctor first
The session is not suitable with epilepsy, pregnancy, a pacemaker, acute spinal pain, recent injuries, ligament or tendon tears, compression fractures, metal implants in the back or limbs, spinal-canal tumors, or other conditions where traction may be unsafe. If in doubt, discuss the load with a doctor first.
